The Color Gray. Greyhound is an exception, which has a different derivation than. It is a neutral color or achromatic color, meaning literally that it is a color "without color", because it can be composed of black and white.
Gray continues to top the list of popular paint colors for homeowners, and for a good reason. Gray is versatile enough to stand on its own, and it comes in so many different hues that you can add depth to a space by simply layering on shades of this singular color ranging from charcoal to silver. Gray is the color of intellect and of compromise.

Personally, I like this color more on the interior such as for a wall color or kitchen cabinets. There is an undeniable sophistication to gray. The web colors gray, gainsboro, light gray, dark gray, and dim gray are all achromatic colors.
